This symposium event is hosted by Bridgett Johnson-Pride, Director of Public Services for Archives and Special Collections and recipient of the Andrew W. Mellon Fellowship for Diversity, Inclusion & Cultural Heritage at Rare Book School.
The symposium features a conversation between Julie Fiveash, Adriana Monsalve, and Lorin Jefferson on the role of BIPOC zines, self-publishing, and storytelling in archives, libraries, and academia followed by an hour-long zine page making workshop.
