Presentation on the British Library’s collection of illuminated Ethiopian manuscripts with Eyob Derillo (Curator for the Ethiopic and Ethiopian Collections, British Library).

Derillo specializes in Ethiopian manuscripts and modern and contemporary Ethiopian literature; Ethiopian codicology, medical and magical; Ethiopian history 15th-19th century; Ethiopian manuscript illumination and Geez literature; and liturgical and hagiographical texts of medieval period. His publications include, 'Exhibiting The Maqdala Manuscripts: African Scribes: Manuscript Culture Of Ethiopia'. In African Research & Documentation, suppl.
