Classical Quotation: A Workshop 3/15/2019 4:00-6:30 pm Location: Building 2, Room 102, MIT, 182 Memorial Dr, Cambridge, MA 02138 Featuring Joel Christensen (Brandeis), Hannah Čulik-Baird (BU), Stephanie Frampton (MIT), and Leah Whittington (Harvard), with responses from Ann Blair (Harvard) and Hannah Marcus (Havard) An afternoon of presentations and discussion on quotation and the classical tradition (including excerpting, annotating, commonplacing, and commentary) both in and of ancient Greek and Latin texts, from antiquity to today. All are welcome.
