She is co-editor of the new book <em><a data-saferedirecturl="https://www.google.com/url?q=https://journalismandjimcrow.com/&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1643295840440000&amp;usg=AOvVaw3mJ0m1hrYzsFc2h9YSv0v7" href="https://journalismandjimcrow.com/" target="_blank">Journalism and Jim Crow: White Supremacy and the Black Struggle for a New America</a></em> (University of Illinois Press). Her book <em>Literary Journalism on Trial: Masson v. New Yorker and the First Amendment </em>won the Frank Luther Mott/KTA and AEJMC History Book Awards. She is twice a winner of the AEJMC Covert Award for best article in media history.</p><p>	This talk will be held online.
