Applicants must be active members of the Society to be considered for a fellowship award, however this restriction does not apply to New Scholars Program applicants. We encourage applicants from a variety of bibliographic backgrounds and environments, including but not limited to academia, bookselling, and cataloging.

The deadline for applications for fellowships to be awarded in 2025 is **Wednesday, December 3****,** **2025 at 11:59 p.m. ET.** All applications must be completed and letters of recommendation submitted to BSA by this date.
