Elise Takehana teaches writing, rhetoric, and media studies in the Digital Media Innovation and English Studies programs at Fitchburg State University. Her monograph *[The Baroque Technotext: Literature in a Digital Mediascape](https://www.intellectbooks.com/the-baroque-technotext)* (Intellect Press, 2020) explores baroque aesthetic practices in electronic and media-conscious literature*.*Her current work examines the digital humanities, interdisciplinary potential between the humanities and mathematics, and contemporary print and electronic literature.
