No RSVP needed. Feel free to bring your lunch.

Harvard conservators will report on a workshop they attended this summer, “Conservation of Transparent Paper,” taught by Hildegard Homburger and hosted at the Straus Center/Harvard Art Museums. The emphasis of the brown bag will be to share information and techniques that were demonstrated and then attempted. Topics include: types of transparent papers, mending with isinglass and other adhesives, humidification/drying/flattening, lining, fills, and toning.
